Fireseal systems for the oil and gas industry are designed to withstand extreme conditions – thermal, mechanical and chemical. We offer seals rated up to H120, which can handle high pressure and fire in combination. Our solutions are ATEX compliant and designed for installation in FPSOs, drilling platforms and process plants. We also offer technical support to customize the system to the layout, installation conditions and national safety requirements.
Certifications & tests
Fireseal’s marine systems in the oil and gas sector are certified to:
- A60, H0 to H120 fire rating – for high risk applications.
- Meets gas/water tightness requirements.
- ATEX/IECEx compliance – for installation in hazardous areas.
- Pressure, shock and chemical resistance verified via third-party testing.
- Blast overpressure testing with a subsequent hydrocarbon fire certificate.
